Director Data Analytics

Our global market-leading client is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to spearhead a group-wide global transformation initiative.

YOUR ROLE

• Define and execute a global insights and analytics vision that drives commercial excellence and business impact.
• Develop a harmonized set of commercial KPIs, combining CRM, market, and financial data into a single source of truth.
• Lead the implementation of reporting and dashboard frameworks (Power BI) to provide transparency and guidance at all levels of the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, digital, and IT, to ensure consistent data integration and governance.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform pricing, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
• Foster a data-driven culture, empowering regional and business unit teams to make smarter, evidence-based decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

• A senior data, analytics, or performance leader (7–12 years’ experience) with a strong commercial understanding.
• Experienced in building analytics frameworks and embedding insight-driven decision-making across large, complex organizations.
• Adept at working with executive stakeholders as well as technical data teams, bridging strategy and delivery.
• Skilled in Power BI or similar analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
• A strong communicator who can turn complexity into clarity and influence across functions.
• Experience within global or regulated environments is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent in English
