We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to help design, develop, and deliver secure and scalable digital asset solutions for a new strategic initiative. This position offers the opportunity to build blockchain-based products from inception, shaping the core architecture, technology choices, and overall engineering direction for enterprise-scale crypto applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of blockchain and digital asset platforms.
• Create and maintain smart contracts, distributed systems, and related APIs for financial and crypto-based services.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
• Build resilient infrastructure supporting blockchain integrations, decentralized applications, and wallet systems.
• Define cryptographic and security best practices to ensure data protection and platform integrity.
• Contribute to technical communities and open-source initiatives that advance blockchain innovation.
• Provide technical mentorship, review complex designs, and champion engineering excellence across teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on blockchain or crypto development.
• Demonstrated expertise in building systems using technologies such as Solidity, Rust, Go, TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on knowledge of major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Bitcoin, or other emerging Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols).
• Deep familiarity with cryptographic fundamentals such as key management, encryption, and zero-knowledge techniques.
• Proven success designing secure, scalable architectures for blockchain-based products or financial technology platforms.
• Understanding of DeFi concepts, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger design.
• Experience delivering products in agile, prototype-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline preferred.
