The Opportunity

The Product Owner becomes the driving force behind delivering a valuable, usable digital product from the ground up. They understand customer challenges, translate them into crystal-clear priorities, and guide the team toward outcomes that matter.

Key responsibilities include:

• Converting product vision into aligned, prioritized backlogs
• Collaborating with developers to shape and refine user stories
• Engaging stakeholders to uncover needs and improvement opportunities
• Coordinating interviews, prototype testing, and beta rollouts in healthcare settings
• Iteratively launching AI-enhanced features that deliver measurable value
• Tracking progress, performance, and quality throughout sprints
• Sharing updates through demos, documentation, and release communication
• Influencing long-term roadmap and strategic direction

What They’re Looking For

A collaborative, communicative Product Owner who:

• Has solid experience in delivering software within agile environments
• Speaks and writes Dutch and English confidently
• Loves solving real-world problems through technology
• Has curiosity and motivation to apply AI in meaningful ways
• Is passionate about improving healthcare experiences for professionals and patients
• Brings a proactive, learning-driven mindset

Nice to have:

• Understanding of healthcare workflows or regulations
• Official Product Owner training or certification
