For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 4 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learner
• Experience with technologies such as: Python, Spark, Cloud, MLflow
• Proven experience in credit risk modelling / fraud detection
• Professional experience with Tabular ML (GBM)
• Experience with deep learning (plus)
• Hands on experience with model explainability (SHAP)
• Experience with designing policy simulations and constrained optimization
• Strong experience with ML best practices
• Familiarity with data sources such as Schufa, Experian and GDPR
• Be comfortable working with the Machine Learning full life cycle
• Strong communication with stakeholders
• Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
• Available for a remote work model based in Portugal
