We’re looking for a highly organized and data-driven Remote SEO Project Manager to join our international marketing team! 🌍
In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end SEO initiatives — from strategy development and keyword research to technical optimization and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure every project contributes to improved visibility, engagement, and growth.
This position is perfect for someone who loves combining analytical insights with creative thinking — and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
What You’ll Do:- Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies across multiple websites and markets
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits
- Oversee on-page and off-page optimization to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Manage SEO projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
- Identify opportunities for improvement, test new strategies, and stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms
- Support link-building and digital PR initiatives to strengthen domain authority
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or project management
- Proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns and measurable traffic growth
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS a plus
- Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
