Skill and experience in the implementation of state and national information security frameworks including the ability to formulate appropriate organisational information/cyber security policies, procedures, standards, controls, guidelines and strategies.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
Skill and experience in the implementation of state and national information security frameworks including the ability to formulate appropriate organisational information/cyber security policies, procedures, standards, controls, guidelines and strategies.
- Skill and experience in managing information/cyber security risks and issues.
- Skill and experience in information/cyber security risk assessments, incident management, information/cyber security audits, intrusion prevention, vulnerability management, zero-trust architectures, and developing mitigation strategies and associated practical business and technical solutions.
- High levels of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to:
- Establish strong working relationships with technical and business stakeholders through liaison, consultation and negotiation to enable well-informed decision making.
- Integrate well as a subject matter expert into project and other business teams to ensure information/cyber security matters are well canvassed.
- Develop reports, briefs and presentations that translate complex information/cyber security matters into plain English.
- Develop and deliver information/cyber security training and awareness programs.
