Sparta Loyalty seeks a dedicated and experienced CRM/Loyalty Program Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the development and implementation of our cutting-edge loyalty programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service, to develop and execute CRM and loyalty program strategies.
- Define and document project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
- Participate in product development, providing input on CRM/loyalty program features and functionalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT sector, with a focus on CRM and/or loyalty program management.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies.
- Near-native English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Proven experience in product development and coding.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work remotely and in the office, as needed.
