Your tasks
- Learning about the needs of internal clients and proposing marketing activities to help them grow their business
- Developing and executing marketing plans, managing priorities, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Managing creative projects: movies, events, and webinars, promotional campaigns - all with the support of our Online Analysts, Graphic Designer,s and Filmmakers
- Creating engaging materials: articles, presentations, landing pages
- Managing clients' pages on the company website
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to defend your ideas and persuade others of your point of view
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards with attention to detail
- Crazy ambition, motivation, and fighting spirit
- Charisma, positive energy, can-do attitude, enthusiasm, easy in building relationships
- Familiarity with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), Google Analytics, and measuring online performance
- Willingness to work in hybrid mode - minimum 2 days a week from the office
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira
