Role
This is a Full time remote role in India. We are looking for a talented and self-driven BI - Project Manager cum Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will independently lead projects, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead BI projects and ongoing tasks
- Collaborate with business owners to analyze and optimize processes and requirements
- Partner with source system teams to conduct in-depth information analysis and data profiling
- Design innovative data models and reporting solutions tailored to business needs
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration
- Conduct rigorous testing to maintain quality standards before release
- Analyze incidents and provide effective resolutions for operational stability
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design and operational documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Proven BI project management experience, having led at least two projects
- 10+ years of experience as a BI Business Analyst (BA)
- Hands-on experience with full implementation cycles and ongoing support in 2–3 projects
- Strong expertise in the Azure cloud environment
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in SQL
- BI data modeling proficiency
- Expertise in dashboard design
- Experience working with Oracle DB
- Skilled in BI front-end tools, including Power BI and Qlik Sense
