Within our Operations team, we are looking to hire a team member with a successful track record in IT with a continuous improvement attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be located at portfolio companies, on-site across Europe.
Your Tasks
- Drive IT carve out projects together with the local team and portfolio company
- Analysis of portfolio companies data structure, processes and tools, as well as the development of digital target pictures and monitoring of the implementation process
- Planning of IT budgeting of portfolio companies in alignment with Chief Restructuring Officer and local IT
- Co-develop IT Audit frameworks and conduct annual IT Audits
- Support M&A Team by conducting IT due diligences
- Successfully completed a degree in the area of computer science, economical computer science or similar with outstanding results
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate, consulting, or IT-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Experience in at least 3 of the following domains: ERP, IT Architecture, Client/App Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Migration, IT Service Management, with ERP/SAP strongly preferred
- Business fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner
- Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international environment
- Work in a highly motivated, international, committed, and agile team that enjoys working together
