The opportunity

As a Project Manager you are part of the Global IT function. You will manage projects end-to-end to implement various IT solutions. You are accountable for executing projects and projects workstreams end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on-time, as per agreed scope and within budget. You will lead the project team of business and IT professionals, so they would work together to achieve a common goal of a successful project delivery.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Command all IT-related project activities, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to defined scope and objectives.
  • Direct and oversee daily project operations including reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Drive alignment between suppliers and business stakeholders to finalize and optimize implementation plans based on the RFP process.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive project implementation strategy, spanning initiation, execution, hyper care, and closure phases.
  • Own the partnership with the Business Project Manager to ensure full accountability across scope, time, cost, and quality dimensions.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement through regular, transparent reporting to the Project Steering Committee and Project Sponsor.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between business and IT teams, fostering collaboration and shared ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges before they impact delivery.
  • Steer post-implementation support

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with the ability to bridge technical language and business rationale.
  • 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of driving global initiatives in multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading finance-related projects, with deep understanding of financial systems and business processes.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency, enabling clear and effective collaboration across global teams.
  • Outstanding organizational, decision-making, and negotiation capabilities to manage complex project dynamics.
  • Certified in PMI, ITIL, and knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies, with hands-on experience in applying project management frameworks.
