Job Description

As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of a company’s network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the company's network. You will collaborate with IT professionals, resolve network issues, and provide support for network operations. Responsibilities

• Design and implement network configurations to meet organizational needs efficiently.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Install and configure hardware components like routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain and manage the integrity of network components to prevent failure risks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to establish a secure and efficient network environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues swiftly and effectively.
• Conduct network performance analysis and regular capacity planning exercises.
• Develop and document network standards and procedures for the team’s reference.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure that security measures are in place to protect critical network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a network engineer or relevant networking position.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools and software.
• Hands-on experience with network technologies, such as WAN, MAN, and WLAN.
• Excellent understanding of network security principles and tools deployment.
