What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement to enhance performance
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear acceptance criteria and backlog prioritization
• Identify and help remove impediments to enable teams to meet their commitments
• Act as a servant leader, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team dynamic
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development environments
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for technical teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting Military Sealift Command or similar maritime/logistics organizations
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
