- 5+ years of experience in Agile software development environments
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for technical teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience supporting Military Sealift Command or similar maritime/logistics organizations
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
