Job Purpose Summary:

The RSA Archer Developer / Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the RSA Archer platform. The role involves managing user access, developing data integrations, executing upgrades, and ensuring platform stability while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform.
• Manage user accounts, data feeds, workflows, reports, and access controls.
• Provide development and configuration support based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain manual and automated data feeds between systems.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful code deployment into production.
• Define, configure, and maintain questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports within RSA Archer.
• Participate in and support RSA Archer version upgrades and patch management.
• Install, test, and deploy new applications or modules in Archer as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with service management and infrastructure teams for upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote adoption and effective use of the RSA Archer platform.
• Provide timely support for production issues and ensure root-cause analysis and resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer administration and development.
• Certified RSA Archer Administrator is mandatory.
• Experience in databases management and handling multiple data feeds.
• Proven experience in integration with other management tools and systems.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and audit frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
