We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and have a solid understanding of Qatar’s labor laws and government systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and government documentation (QID, health card, etc.).
- Coordinate with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Hukoomi, and MOI for employee-related services and processes.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining relevant data such as attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Handle employee inquiries and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions, events, and internal communications.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the HR department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in Qatar preferred).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s government systems and employment regulations.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
