Accountabilities
- Develop user-facing features and modules using React JS, prioritizing rendering efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive and scalable web applications
- Create reusable components and front-end libraries to support future development
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize performance across devices and browsers
- Document code and provide technical insights to maintain project clarity
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Solid knowledge of React.js, Redux, Redux Thunk or Redux Saga, and core React principles
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microfrontend, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Ant Design, Tailwind, Less, or Material UI is a plus
- Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce bug-free production-grade code
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github, or Bitbucket
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and project management processes
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred (BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Sc IT, B.Com)
