Role Responsibilities

• Design and refine the user experience for Zenith's website and Midas AI CFO platform — our flagship AI-powered financial intelligence tool.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that make complex financial data accessible and actionable for startup founders and finance teams.
• Conduct user research and testing to continuously improve product usability and engagement.
• Collaborate directly with our product and engineering teams to bring designs from concept to launch.
• Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all Zenith digital properties.
• Produce custom graphics, illustrations, and icons to enhance Zenith’s digital and static content.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Partner with customer success to gather user feedback and identify pain points
• Collaborate with engineering on design system implementation and component library
• Coordinate with finance experts to ensure accurate data visualization and reporting
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform design direction
• Manage multiple design projects and priorities simultaneously

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience ideally B2B products or financial platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work - demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to final implementation.
• User-centered design approach - you know how to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern web technologies.
• Thrive in a high pressure and fast paced startup environment — fast-moving, collaborative, and comfortable with autonomy.

• Start date: Immediate | Full-time
• Location: Initially Remote (India), potential in-person set up in Bangalore in 2026
• Exposure: Shape the design of both a consulting brand and an AI product
• Impact: Own the entire design experience for Zenith's digital ecosystem from day one
