About You

We are looking for a Growth PM with a proven ability to deliver high-impact initiatives. You can effortlessly bridge the gap between product strategy, user behavior, and account manager needs, providing the tools necessary to unlock revenue in existing accounts. Join our growing team in Tallinn, Estonia and make an impact!

Your daily adventures will include

  • Build value-driven communication strategies and tools that directly influence client renewals and expansion for account managers.
  • Map, validate, and socialize meaningful user journeys and ensure user personas are clear, actionable, and widely adopted.
  • Reimagine transactional and reporting communications to effectively engage users and drive re-entry into the product.
  • Drive account growth by researching and implementing gamification techniques, such as benchmarking, personalized goals, and ranking systems.
  • Enhance client trust by reducing the "black box" effect with clear audit logs and activity trails.

What you bring

  • Proven growth expertise. Deep proficiency in product-led growth and marketing tactics, with a clear understanding of how to generate hype and spark attention.
  • Enterprise contex. Knowledge of or direct experience with the specific dynamics, structure, and needs of large enterprises.
  • Customer-driven mindset. Operating as a customer-first thinker, relentless in uncovering what success looks like for clients, both as businesses and as individuals.
  • Data storytelling. Fluent in using data to simplify complex information, drive action, and craft compelling narratives around product features.
  • UX/design instinct. Possessing strong design instincts and UX opinions, demanding quality in every user touchpoint.
  • Metric ownership. Highly comfortable defining, tracking, and measuring success via key usage, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Proven success working cross-functionally with Product, Success, Marketing, and Data teams to achieve shared growth goals.
