ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vice President of Sales & Account Management (Europe) leads Afiniti’s commercial expansion strategy across Europe. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role focuses on driving new business acquisition, deepening strategic client relationships, and retaining existing account revenue while finding opportunities for expansion. Operating at the intersection of client engagement, strategic sales, and data-driven performance, this leader ensures Afiniti’s AI solutions deliver measurable impact for clients while scaling the European footprint.
What will be your key deliverables
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy for Europe, balancing new client acquisition with account expansion. This expectation comes with a dual lens focused on growth of the legacy behavioral pairing product while also building a path to launch our new agentic product solutions.
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership to align go-to-market objectives with global revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and account management team across Europe.
- Build a culture of client-centricity, performance excellence, and disciplined execution.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies and client solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through negotiation and close, ensuring measurable ROI for clients. Find opportunities to improve lead generation capabilities while reducing the sales cycle timeline.
- Own revenue targets and pipeline generation goals across key European markets.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to position Afiniti’s technology effectively across priority industries.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise opportunities that align with Afiniti’s core sectors (telecom, financial services, hospitality, travel, healthcare).
- Lead strategic pricing discussions and partnership models that enhance long-term value creation.
Account Management & Client Success
- Deepen senior relationships within existing enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and growth partner.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing clients to expand product adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless implementation and measurable client outcomes.
- Drive renewal and expansion discussions, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.
Commercial Excellence & Reporting
- Establish consistent reporting on sales performance, client growth, and account profitability.
- Use data and market insights to forecast growth, identify risks, and prioritize investment opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to support contracting, deal governance, and revenue tracking.
- Represent the European region in global sales forums, contributing to best practice sharing and operational consistency.
Who you are
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B enterprise sales or account management, ideally within AI, SaaS, or technology consulting.
- Proven record of delivering revenue growth and managing strategic enterprise accounts across Europe.
- Experience selling complex, high-value technology, or data solutions to C-suite audiences.
- Strong understanding of the European business landscape, including regional nuances and multi-market deal structures.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; capable of influencing across matrixed, global organizations.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
