Senior SRE Automation engineer

Dublin South | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior SRE Engineer to join a leading global technology company, well known for delivering secure and innovative digital solutions across industries. This role offers the chance to play a key part in building and maintaining cutting-edge platforms that power millions of transactions worldwide.

As a Senior SRE Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver faster, more secure, and more reliable releases.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing and automation at every stage.

• Manage release activities across environments, including production deployments.

• Design and implement dashboards for monitoring and reporting.

• Drive improvements to development lifecycle automation and environment management.

• Collaborate with teams to identify synergies, enforce best practices, and ensure system reliability.
  
  

• Strong background with CI/CD tools such as Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef.

• Proficiency in Java and Python for automation scripting.

• Experience with performance testing tools: ​​​​​​​Python Django, scripting, automation, Grafana, p95,p99.

• Cloud expertise, ideally with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or GCP/Azure/AWS.

• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Domo.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across development, QA, and support teams.
