Job Description

We are looking for a Jamf administrator to join a company based in Milan, Italy. This role requires full on-site presence and offers an opportunity to work in a structured and traditional environment.

Responsibilities


  • Administration and management of Jamf
  • Support and troubleshooting for Apple devices
  • Implementation and maintenance of MDM solutions
  • Collaboration with IT teams to optimize device management
  • Providing technical support and assistance to end-users


Profile Requirements


  • Junior profile with some experience in Jamf
  • 2+ Years of experience in MDM Solutions or Jamf
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS and iOS device management
  • Experience with MDM solutions
  • Good troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Proficiency in English (Italian and French are a plus)
  • Ability to work in a structured and demanding environment

  • Location: Milan (mandatory 3 days on-site presence)
