Job Description

We are looking for a Jamf administrator to join a company based in Milan, Italy. This role requires full on-site presence and offers an opportunity to work in a structured and traditional environment.

Responsibilities

Administration and management of Jamf
Support and troubleshooting for Apple devices
Implementation and maintenance of MDM solutions
Collaboration with IT teams to optimize device management
Providing technical support and assistance to end-users

Profile Requirements

Junior profile with some experience in Jamf
2+ Years of experience in MDM Solutions or Jamf
Strong knowledge of MacOS and iOS device management
Experience with MDM solutions
Good troubleshooting and technical support skills
Proficiency in English (Italian and French are a plus)
Ability to work in a structured and demanding environment

Additional Information

Location: Milan (mandatory 3 days on-site presence)
