Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration with scientific experts to thoroughly understand and translate complex business needs into actionable insights
  • Define and document detailed requirements, ensuring clear scope decomposition and alignment with project objectives
  • Manage and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring that business and technical priorities are met
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders
  • System analysis for integrations and data migrations
  • Contribution to product documentation and User Guides

 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree/PhD or solid experience in healthcare or life sciences, with knowledge of industry standards
  • Understanding business analysis theory
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering principles
  • Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

 

Nice to have

  • Experience as a user with ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), or participation in GxP-compliant projects
  • Machine Learning/AI experience
  • Knowledge of data formats and SQL
  • German language skills are a plus

Salary range €1.2K-€2.1K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
