About the role
We're looking for someone who can do ‘everything’ and who can work with different people in a high-paced environment.
You will be working closely with the founder and his closest employees in different companies.

You'll be a Swiss Army knife and some of your responsibilities will be:
- Finding and onboarding new employees
- Bringing together reports with KPI’s from companies and their leaders
- “Googling” and “ChatGPTing” a lot
- Helping companies with different tasks when they urgently need help
- Do research on different topics
- Assist with planning and executing company projects
- Help with creating strategic documents, SOPs, and follow-ups
- Track executive priorities and ensure follow-through
- Plan and book domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations)
- Organize company off-sites, retreats, or celebrations
- Organise different events
- Manage personal appointments and errands as agreed upon
- Assist with personal purchases and home staff
- Support in invoice handling and light bookkeeping tasks
- Support HR processes (hiring coordination, onboarding setups, culture-building activity).
- etc.
You'll be the person who keeps the engine running while we grow. It will be hectic, but also fun and rewarding.
Requirements
Essential:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Slovenian
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
- Ability to adapt to changes and desire to constantly learn new skills
- Strong communicator who can easily talk to different people
- Tech-savvy enough to automate processes and learn new systems quickly
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight
- You must be available most of the time during the day
- A lot of drive, energy and time
- Ability to work from our office in Ljubljana city center
Bonus Points:
- Previously working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building teams from scratch
- HR or office management experience
- You are based in Ljubljana
