Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect to join our progressive team.

As a Software Architect with a Full Stack orientation, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise-grade applications that span backend systems, data processing pipelines, and user-facing interfaces. You will be responsible for defining architectural standards, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee full stack solutions, integrating backend services, data layers, and front-end components across distributed systems
• Design and optimize business-critical modules using C, C++, and Unix Shell Scripting, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Lead cloud-native architecture initiatives on Azure, including microservices, serverless functions, and containerized deployments
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including secure coding, observability, CI/CD automation, and code quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and enterprise architects, to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
• Drive GenAI adoption across the SDLC, integrating tools like EPAM EliteA, CodeMie, GHCP, or Cursor to accelerate development and improve maintainability
• Conduct architectural reviews, technical audits, and performance assessments, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in full stack development, including backend (C, C++, Shell Scripting), frontend integration, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments, including system-level diagnostics and scripting
• Proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including architecture design, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase) and data modeling principles
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools, including ELK stack, SonarQube, and Snyk
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to balance technical depth with business impact
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
