The Role

We’re looking for an on-site, full-time experienced UI/UX designer who can own the end-to-end design of our digital products—from user research and UX flows to polished UI, motion, and front-end implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to craft intuitive experiences and visually compelling brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate product UX: Audit current apps, identify friction points, and design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that improve usability and conversion.
• Design delightful UI: Produce beautiful, accessible interfaces, design systems, icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions/animations.
• Implement responsive UI: Translate designs into production-ready HTML/CSS/JavaScript; partner with engineers to ship high-quality, responsive interfaces.
• Motion & interaction: Create animated transitions and Lottie/motion assets that enhance clarity and delight.
• Marketing design: Craft on-brand marketing materials—landing pages, campaign assets, emails, and social creatives.
• Design system stewardship: Maintain a scalable component library and documentation.
• Validate with users: Run lightweight research and usability tests; iterate based on insights and data.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Eng, and GTM to align on goals and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 4–7+ years in UI/UX/Product Design with shipped web or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, polished UI, and motion/animation.
• Advanced Figma (auto-layout, variants, design tokens) and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and modern JavaScript for responsive implementation.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG), design heuristics, and UX research methods.
• Excellent visual design craft: typography, color, layout, and information hierarchy.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with React and/or Angular (componentization, state management, routing).
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS/Tailwind, Storybook, and design-to-code workflows.
• Experience with analytics (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel), experimentation (A/B testing), and CRO.
• Motion tools (After Effects, Principle, Rive/Lottie).
• Branding and illustration skills.
