How Will You Make An Impact
As International Retail Excellence Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to key initiatives to improve the performance of Cartier's retail network and its operational excellence. You will manage international projects, guide local teams to prioritize the most effective actions, oversee the creation and updating of retail procedures globally, and help boutiques improve their operations. You will foster collaboration between Cartier and Richemont departments to design and implement solutions that will have a significant impact on boutique efficiency. Collaboration with regions and markets is essential, and you will be in constant contact with local teams to synchronize the implementation of global actions and provide them with support.
Design retail operation procedures and standards
- Leverage internal experts’ competencies and coordinate key departments at Cartier and Richemont to define Retail operations procedures, standards and operational solutions (stock management, Back of House activities…)
- Identify opportunities to simplify our procedures to gain boutique efficiency without compromising with compliance
- Responsible for the Boutique Operations Manual Digital Platform’s evolutions to simplify access to the worldwide community
- Contribute to the animation of the worldwide retail operations community presenting during quarterly webinars and making calls with our local markets.
- Coordinate Cartier Retail Standards definition to support our boutiques in their value strategy
- Identify, evaluate and promote solutions available for boutiques to implement efficiently these standards
- Monitor boutique adherence to these standards at all levels in the organization
- Manage projects which provide efficient solutions for our boutique teams to improve operational excellence. Support the deployment completion of our traffic counting technology.
- Develop Solutions to answer critical operational pain points unveiled by our Continuous Improvement internal governance
- Design appropriate communication and training materials to ensure the fast and smooth implementation of Retail solutions
- Identify local needs and specificities to support regions. Encourage and embody an agile methodology delivering quickly portions of the solution with very high standards of quality to speed up solution delivery to the markets.
- Work transversally on various retail excellence topics.
- You have 6-8 years’ experience in luxury, Industry or FMCG sectors
- You possess a client centered mindset
- You have a retail background and previous experience in a boutique as manager or in a local office retail function
- You have project management skills with strong interpersonal skills to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond
- You demonstrate the drive and flexibility to engage transversal teams (including expert teams) to meet deadlines and deliver results
- An experience in performance steering and process optimization is strongly recommended
- You are familiar with an agile methodology way of working and an experience in digital tool would be a plus
- You speak English fluently
