About The Role
As a Senior Program Manager you will manage large, complex projects or multiple, related projects that span functions, organizations, geographic regions or cultures.
- You will report to the EMEA, Project Execution Lead and be located in Västerås, Sweden.
- Model of work: hybrid.
- Define and initiate projects and assign to Project Managers.
- Oversee and hold accountable direct reporting or matrixed project managers and team members to deliver program goals.
- Manage overall project performance to meet quality, schedule and financial goals.
- Partner with business development leaders to set strategy and to capture growth opportunities that improve strategic and business objectives.
- Maintain alignment of program scope with strategic goals, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
- Align stakeholder expectations to achieve overall acceptance of program objectives.
- Oversee closure of component projects within the program.
- Bachelor's degree - Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
- 10 years of experience as Project Manager leading and directing high complexity projects to successful completion. Experience analyzing information for complex decision-making.
- Advanced skills in finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict resolution. May serve as a Technical Inputs Lead for the complex proposal projects as assigned.
- Mastery of Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Body of Knowledge.
- Ability to manage within complex team structures, able to develop relationships with stakeholders in upper management positions, able to analyze problems, establish facts, and make complex decisions autonomously.
- Expert knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Mastery of the transformation of data to information for visual reports.
- High-quality presentation skills, very good English skills.
