What You Will Be Doing
- Creating and refining the "Education Domain BrainLift," synthesizing insights into a unified strategy for our educational products.
- Developing an outcome-focused roadmap that aligns with the strategic vision, guiding the entire product portfolio.
- Leading as a player-coach, actively participating in critical projects while mentoring and guiding your team to achieve strategic goals.
- Being a mere people manager focused on headcounts and budget management.
- Following a predefined strategy; you'll be crafting the strategy from the ground up.
- Maintaining static roadmaps; you'll be adapting strategies based on ongoing insights.
- Managing a "feature factory"; your focus will be on strategic, interlinked product development.
Your primary responsibility is to drive systemic change in education through AI, improving the way students learn globally.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in a product leadership role, with proven experience in shaping product vision and strategy.
- Successfully launched a product from inception to achieving at least $1 million in revenue.
- Hands-on experience with AI in professional settings, driving innovation and strategic insights.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
