We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of software development principles, a proven ability to deliver high-quality code across the entire application stack, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-velocity engineering culture.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy both new features and enhancements across our application stack (frontend, backend, and database).
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Participate actively in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, design, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Supporting the software platform, from development to deploying to our customers, including on-going maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability issues.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge transfer across the team.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Language Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in at least one high-level programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Golang, or Kotlin.
- Full Stack Capability: Proven ability to work across both the client-side and server-side of an application.
- Backend: Experience with framework development (Spring Boot, Node.js, Elixir, etc.) and RESTful API design.
- Frontend: Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Mobile: Knowledge of Android development.
- Database Knowledge: Experience designing and interacting with relational SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Messaging Knowledge: Experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc)
- Development Practices: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience with Git version control.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio).
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
