On a Typical Day, You Might
- Architect our foundational AI data platform and MLOps pipelines, ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design the end-to-end development of production-ready agentic systems, from proof-of-concept through to deployment and continuous improvement at scale.
- Drive innovation in our LLM capabilities through advanced RAG implementations, fine-tuning strategies, and RLHF, while leading research into emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure the seamless integration of AI models and influence the company's strategic roadmap.
- Work with a high-impact team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and translating complex AI insights into clear business strategies.
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying sophisticated machine learning solutions, with deep expertise in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning.
- A proven ability to build scalable data pipelines and ML platforms that support high-volume model training and inference.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Python ecosystem (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for both research and production systems.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, comprehensive evaluation frameworks, and drift detection systems.
- Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (Spark or Dask).
- Exceptional skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and actionable insights to influence senior stakeholders.
- A passion for democratizing access to advanced technology and an appreciation for the unique challenges SMBs face in adopting AI.
