We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Specialist to join our global team. This senior role requires deep, hands-on expertise in both offensive (Penetration Testing) and defensive (Network Security) operations. You will be responsible for securing complex infrastructures, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing robust security controls.

The ideal candidate must combine advanced technical ability with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to create clear documentation and collaborate effectively with international teams.

• Perform comprehensive penetration testing on networks, servers, and applications to identify and assess vulnerabilities.


• Conduct network security assessments and develop actionable, prioritized remediation strategies.


• Design, implement, and maintain critical security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and advanced monitoring solutions.


• Collaborate closely with IT, Cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure secure configurations and maintain incident response readiness.


• Analyze and respond to active security incidents, providing expert technical guidance and post-mortem recommendations.


• Develop and maintain clear, professional security documentation, findings reports, and policy guidelines in English.


• Stay current on the latest threats, adversary techniques, and cybersecurity tools to continuously improve our security posture.

• Proven, extensive experience in both penetration testing and network security operations.


• Advanced understanding of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.


• Hands-on proficiency with security tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, and Nessus.


• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) with a proven ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
