We’re a fast-growing Dubai-based startup led by experienced founders and are now hiring elite engineers who want to build foundational systems from the ground up.

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join as one of the first core members of our engineering team.

This is a build-from-scratch opportunity — you’ll help define, architect, and ship CoreAgent’s v1 platform.

You will:

• Lead full-cycle development of CoreAgent’s main product modules — from architecture and APIs to UI dashboards and agent workflows.
• Build data pipelines that aggregate and normalize financial and operational data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, bank feeds, APIs).
• Design and maintain scalable backend services that power the agentic automation layer.
• Develop front-end dashboards and interfaces that visualize financial health, agent performance, and automation status in real time.
• Collaborate with our AI engineers to deploy and manage the CoreAgent agent framework (task orchestration, decision logic, API triggers).
• Set technical standards, mentor team members, and shape the overall engineering culture.

Core Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ professional experience in full-stack engineering (production-grade applications).
• Strong back-end skills: Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI, or similar; experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong front-end development with React/Next.js (or similar modern JS framework).
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Familiarity with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment best practices.
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs.
• Excellent communication, accountability, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Background in AI, automation platforms, or agentic systems (LangChain, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Experience building dashboards for financial or operational data.
• Prior startup experience or desire to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
