About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of Binance’s KYC onboarding products.
• Build, test, and release backend features that impact hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
• Analyze user data to understand onboarding flows and suggest improvements (e.g., deep-dives into KYC flow of country A).
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-world problems raised by QA and CS teams.
• Collaborate with teammates by writing clear interface documentation and sharing insights.
  
  

Requirements

• Pursuing/recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong foundation in Java, with understanding of multithreading and networking.
• Familiar with Spring framework, MySQL, and middleware tools like Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn, adapt quickly, and make an impact on real-world onboarding experiences.
