Roaming Product Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Roaming Product Manager to join a dynamic global technology organization in Singapore. In this role, you will take charge of the international roaming portfolio - overseeing strategy, pricing, and partner management while driving innovation and commercial growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for international roaming services and products.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept development and design through to testing, launch, performance analysis, and retirement.
• Build and evaluate business cases to identify opportunities for revenue growth and service enhancement.
• Continuously refine and optimize product features and user experiences to elevate customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support key management decisions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with global operators and vendors, ensuring service quality and commercial alignment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within telecommunications or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in developing and managing successful business partnerships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic and creative mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
