About The Role
Klook’s Payment Solutions team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who will define, scale, and continuously enhance our global payments capabilities. The role is accountable for delivering secure, seamless, and localized payment experiences that support Klook’s rapid growth across diverse markets. This individual will drive product strategy, execution, and performance, partnering with engineering and business teams to build payment products that delight customers and empower merchants.
The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of payment acceptance and product lifecycle ownership, with the ability to translate business needs and technology capabilities into innovative solutions. Strong user-centric thinking, analytical rigor, and commercial acumen are essential.

What You Will Do
- Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape, local market nuances, and emerging technology trends in global payments
- Serve as the internal and external product expert on payments, providing consultation to business teams, merchants, and payment partners
- Evaluate and onboard payment gateways, acquirers, APMs, and other providers aligned to Klook’s business goals
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, analytics, finance, legal, and customer-facing teams to launch new capabilities and iterate on existing features
- Oversee system configurations, data flows, and operational readiness to ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance with standards
- Analyze product performance across conversion, cost efficiency, user experience, and risk outcomes to drive continuous improvements
- Manage product-related engagements with vendors and partners and coordinate roadmap alignment
- Ensure product enhancements are consistently delivered with quality, within timelines, and in support of business objectives
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in payments and acquiring
- Strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring, tokenization, risk controls, and operational workflows
- Proven ability to define product requirements, drive execution end-to-end, and deliver measurable business impact in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives, managing complex dependencies, and making informed tradeoff decisions
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and product iteration grounded in data insights
- A passion for building best-in-class payment experiences with a continuous improvement mindset
