Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for the role of President, based in Dallas, TX. The President will oversee and direct the company’s strategic planning, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure financial goals are met. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the leadership team, maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The President will also be responsible for creating a vision for the company’s future while executing initiatives to maintain and grow the organization’s reputation and client base.

- Leadership and management skills, including team building, mentorship, and strategic planning
- Financial expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Tax and regulatory knowledge, ensuring compliance and the ability to oversee tax strategies
- Business development and consulting skills for identifying growth opportunities and fostering client relationships
- Outstanding communication and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
- Previous leadership experience in an accounting or consulting firm is a strong asset
