The U.S. subsidiary will focus on project management excellence, strategic execution, and operational delivery to strengthen FameEX’s market presence, scalability, and long-term competitiveness in the region.

Job Overview

The Vice President of Project Management (Americas) will serve as a senior member of FameEX’s executive leadership team, responsible for leading project management strategy, execution governance, and cross-functional delivery across the Americas.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will oversee large-scale initiatives, operational improvement programs, and enterprise transformation projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regional market priorities.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project management executive with deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or digital asset ecosystems. They will have a proven ability to lead complex programs, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable business results in competitive and fast-evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute FameEX’s project management and execution strategy for the Americas, aligned with corporate objectives.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on operational efficiency, execution risk, and program prioritization.

Define KPIs, success metrics, and frameworks to evaluate project performance, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes.

Ensure consistent execution of global project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.

Operational Delivery & Program Execution

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with technology, product, marketing, and operations teams to align project goals with business strategy.

Represent FameEX at internal and external forums, demonstrating operational leadership and execution excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with product, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure projects align with regional and global priorities.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project management and operations teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

Promote a culture of transparency, process discipline, and continuous improvement across project management functions.

Ensure alignment between regional project execution and headquarters’ long-term strategic roadmap.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Monitor project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Leverage data-driven insights to enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Support executive reporting to the CEO and board on project portfolio performance, emerging risks, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Over 15–20 years of senior leadership experience in project management, operations, or program delivery within cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset sectors.

Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cross-border project management dynamics.

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline required; PMP, PRINCE2, or MBA preferred.
