Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Executive Assistant role with up to 25% travel. The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day executive-level support, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate expense reports. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team. The role requires a high level of discretion, adaptability, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience with managing Executive Support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with AI tools in a fast-paced or tech-focused industry is a plus
