Job Purpose:
The Senior Specialist – Digital Communication is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel digital communications to strengthen the firm’s brand presence and client engagement. The role oversees the creation and delivery of research content, manages digital platforms and ensures communications are accurate, timely, compliant, and impactful. The position also contributes to the firm’s digital strategy by leveraging analytics, automation, and innovative tools to deliver engaging client experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, formatting, and publishing of a steady flow of research publications outputs across multiple digital platforms channels on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
- Ensure all publications meet brand, compliance, and regulatory standards while remaining client-friendly and mobile-optimized.
- Repurpose research content into multi-format outputs tailored to channel-specific audiences.
- Manage, grow, and optimize the firm’s email distribution lists, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with opt-in/opt-out regulations.
- Maintain a simple, efficient system for storing and retrieving attachments (PDF, Word, PowerPoint) and ensuring compatibility across devices.
- Oversee the organization and secure storage of communications material in cloud platforms.
- Maintain a publication log and track readership, open rates, and engagement metrics across platforms.
- Contribute to the design and launch of new communication initiatives, enhancing digital client touchpoints.
- Partner with CIO ,Research, Portfolio Management, compliance, and IT teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and distribution of all materials.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on digital communication tools, advising colleagues and line managers on best practices.
- Support internal knowledge-sharing by standardizing templates, guidelines, and workflows.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial communications, publishing, digital marketing, or professional services.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experienced with WhatsApp Business and broadcast tools (WATI, Twilio, MessageBird).
- Skilled in document design (Word, PDF, PowerPoint) and responsive HTML email templates.
- Knowledge of data privacy, list management, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical ability using Google Analytics, WhatsApp Insights, and Mailchimp reports.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual layout skills.
- Hands-on with workflow automation (Zapier, Make).
- Proven multitasker in fast-paced environments.
Additional Valued Expertise:
- Skilled in AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for content and productivity.
- Experience in multimedia and live communications (podcasts, webinars, Zoom, LinkedIn Live).
- Familiar with media tools (Descript, Canva, Adobe Express) and video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo).
- Exposure to financial services and asset management content.
