Duration: 6 month EOR Contract

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a responsive portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
• Strong visual design fundamentals — typography, layout, color.
• Experience with user-centered design, prototyping, and user research.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, including Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and ownership of product quality.
• Basic web knowledge including HTML, CSS, site layouts, and DNS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience balancing speed vs. quality in 0–1 product development.
• Exposure to QA methodologies, black-box testing, or accessibility testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to simplify complex tasks and data.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, and define UX processes including task analysis and information architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to align design with business and user needs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and adherence to UX best practices.
