Our client, launched in December 2023 and are already taking the developer world by storm! They are the end-to-end developer platform for building seamless, lightning-fast customer-facing analytics directly into your product.

They are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to come on board and really make an impact. You will work alongside a small (but growing!) talented Frontend Engineer team as part of a collaborative engineering team. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the evolution of their frontend architecture while contributing to a supportive environment that values innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and other frontend engineers to define and implement our frontend strategy.
• Take shared ownership of our frontend architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by reviewing code, mentoring peers, and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Work with designers and backend engineers to create seamless and delightful user experiences.
• Actively participate in team discussions, explaining your solutions clearly while remaining open to feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience as a frontend engineer
• AI-savviness, curiosity and enthusiasm - proven optimisation of your workflows through AI
• React knowledge: Hooks, React principles, and best practices.
• JavaScript knowledge: Understanding of common APIs and how to use them effectively.
• TypeScript knowledge, including:
• Built-in utility types.
• Custom utility types.
• Advanced types (e.g., map-types).
• Algebraic data types (unions, sum, and product types).
• Dependent types (e.g., ‘infer’ keyword).
• CSS expertise, including:
• CSS preprocessors.
• Structuring and organising CSS for scalability and maintainability.
• Fluent level spoken and written English is a must!
