  • Location: Remote. Can also be Hybrid if located near Walton Oaks

SRG are working with a multinational consumer goods and personal care company who are seeking a Transformation Project Coordinator to join their team.


1. APAC Liaison

  • Conduct regular meetings with APAC procurement teams to ensure alignment and progress on project activities (contracts, LES, and procurement execution) and bring visibility of any escalations/help needed
  • Track progress and identify roadblocks in APAC countries where execution is decentralised.
  • Provide visibility and escalation support to maintain delivery timelines.


2. Data Management

  • Collaborate with regional teams to support data cleansing activities as needed (master data, DTS request etc)
  • Track task completion and escalate roadblocks across regions.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise master data governance standards.
  • Act as a central liaison across workstreams to ensure consistent data usage.
  • Coordinate contracts requests / database activities for contracts not managed by Procurement
  • Manage complex files (including revision tracking) shared and used by large group of stakeholders to ensure data accuracy


3. Tracking and Reporting

  • Manage tracking and reporting of procurement activities including Category Strategy reviews, SharePoint site audits, and training pack evaluations.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility to leadership.
  • Ensure execution of all activities within agreed timeframe


4. Change Management & Communications Support

  • Set up and maintain stakeholder databases (Requisitioners, Suppliers, Procurement, etc.).
  • Track approvals and translations for communications materials.
  • Support execution of internal and external communications.
  • Manage feedback loops and address post-communication rollout (i.e questions/gaps/follow ups)


Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in transformation project
  • Procurement and contract separation
  • Previous analytics/reporting experience
  • Proactive with strong accountability and a bias for action
  • Experience in procurement operations and transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SharePoint).
