Role Overview

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer who is part builder, part designer. Someone who codes with taste. You have a natural eye for detail, you care about every pixel, and you bring interfaces to life with precision, motion, and intuition.

You’ll work closely with our design and brand team to implement the Litty visual language across web experiences, product UIs, and marketing pages. Translating bold creative direction into clean, performant code.

You’re not afraid to explore new tools, libraries, or even AI-assisted workflows if it helps you design and deliver faster. You stay current with trends in front-end tech, UX motion, and modern aesthetics, and you know how to make your code feel designed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Litty’s web applications, landing pages, and UI systems with precision and creativity.
• Translate Figma prototypes and brand direction into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant interfaces.
• Partner with designers to prototype, refine, and polish interactions and animations that elevate user experience.
• Ensure design consistency across product and marketing through reusable components and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with backend and product engineers to connect APIs and dynamic data flows.
• Use emerging tools — including AI-assisted design and code generation — to improve speed and quality.
• Contribute to UI documentation and design system evolution.
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible in front-end motion and storytelling.

Tech Stack & Skills

• React / Next.js / TypeScript mastery (or strong experience in similar frameworks).
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and component-based styling.
• Strong grasp of responsive layouts, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with Figma, Framer Motion, or GSAP for UI polish and animation.
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs and front-end architecture best practices.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments — iterating quickly and cleanly.
• Bonus: experience in motion graphics, UI prototyping, or creative coding.
