Join the SI IT DIS CLD team as a Working Student to support the development and enhancement of our AI assistant for Jira and Confluence. You will work closely with cloud engineers, Jira/Confluence administrators, and AI specialists to help build, test, and refine AI capabilities that will revolutionize how our teams collaborate and work.

Your new responsibilities 

• Support the development and testing of AI features for enterprise collaboration tools
• Assist in integrating AI capabilities with Jira and Confluence APIs
• Participate in internal testing phases and provide feedback on usability and performance
• Work as a valued team member on the Siemens Jira/Confluence Team
• Document development progress and contribute to the AI User Guide
• Support onboarding and training efforts for AI users across the organization
  
  

Your skills 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Advanced experience with Python development and version control systems like GitHub
• Basic AI knowledge and prompt engineering understanding
• Understanding of Jira and Confluence or other Agile Tools
• Interest in AI, automation, and cloud-native development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with openness to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed team environment
