About The Role

Were looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Trideca delivery team and help design, build, and deliver a high-performing fintech service.

As the Technical Lead, youll guide the engineering team, shape delivery quality, and ensure alignment between architecture, design, and implementation. Youll be hands-on in development while also mentoring engineers, maintaining a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team through the design, build, and delivery phases of complex backend systems.
• Ensure high standards in code quality, architecture design, and technical execution.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate solution designs into high-performing software.
• Oversee API and service design, focusing on event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Promote best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation.
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Golang, microservices, and AWS.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams through end-to-end solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, event-driven systems, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated experience producing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Skilled in technical design reviews, solution validation, and guiding best practices across teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical groups.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working in fintech or other large-scale enterprise environments.
• Exposure to React, GraphQL, or full-stack delivery contexts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
