We are seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at Boronia on an 18 month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role provides essential administrative and coordination support across all facets of People & Culture, with a strong focus on recruitment and delivering exceptional employee experiences. About The Role

The P&C Coordinator role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the P&C team. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training & development, employee relations, team engagement activities and general P&C operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination (Keen Focus)
    • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
    • Liaise with labour hire providers and recruitment agencies for trade, warehousing, logistics, mechanical, electrical, and fabricator roles.
    • Conduct phone screening and shortlist candidates, acting as the first point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Support candidate communications, including interview invites, status updates, and feedback.
  • Learning & Development Coordination
    • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments and completions. Maintain an accurate training calendar and records.
    • Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
    • Coordinate logistics such as calendar invites, prepare communication materials and evaluation forms.
  • P&C Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Senior P&C Manager and the P&C team as required.
    • Maintain accurate team member records and ensure data integrity across all P&C systems
    • Leave record management by regularly reviewing and verifying staff leave data, ensuring all entries are correct and up to date.
    • Deliver exceptional service to stakeholders using a responsive, professional, and empathetic approach.
    • Contribute to the smooth and effective running of P&C functions, programs, processes, and operations.
Qualification and experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or similar field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administration or coordinator role (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Recruitment experience will be preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.
