The Multi Service Release Manager will be responsible for coordinating multi-phase network and infrastructure implementations, security changes, and service releases across different teams and technologies. You will manage communications, track dependencies, anticipate risks, and ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of changes in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure and service changes.
Manage release schedules, change calendars, and dependencies across multiple teams and service providers.
Ensure alignment with corporate change and release management processes.
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure quality delivery.
Communicate progress, risks, and results effectively to stakeholders at different levels.
Participate in change management and release readiness reviews.
Ensure post-implementation documentation and compliance with internal standards.
5+ years of experience in network or infrastructure delivery management roles.
Proven experience managing multi-phase or multi-service projects in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (Data Center, DMZ, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Cloud).
Experience working with change management and release management processes (CAB, CRQ).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
PMP or ITIL certification preferred; CCNA or technical certification a plus.
