Fresh off a major funding round, we are looking for foundational team members to ensure our customers succeed as we launch across Europe and beyond. If you're driven by customer impact, technical problem-solving, and the chance to shape our product from the front lines, we want to talk to you.


The Role


As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the key technical bridge between our customers and our product. This is a role of immense impact where you'll ensure our customers succeed and translate their needs into product innovation.


You'll have significant ownership over the customer's technical journey, from pre-sales and solution design to implementation and long-term optimization. Your mission: architect tailored Expanly solutions, lead technical onboarding, and ensure our platform delivers measurable business outcomes for our clients.


With our recent funding accelerating our launch into new markets, you will be the technical voice of the customer, ensuring our platform is seamlessly integrated into their e-commerce ecosystem. You'll translate complex business logic and KPIs into powerful, effective automation strategies. You'll design solution architectures, manage data integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

You won't just be helping clients, you'll be partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering, making key recommendations that directly influence our product's roadmap based on real-world client feedback.

You will report directly to our Customer Success Lead, Alejandra Soni. Alejandra is a seasoned leader in customer success and technical solutions, with deep experience in scaling SaaS platforms and building high-performing, client-centric teams. She provides the strategic expertise key to ensuring our customers achieve their goals, and is focused on creating a customer-first culture of ownership, empathy, and technical excellence.


What We're Looking For

Domain & Technical Expertise:

  • Digital Advertising Acumen: Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Amazon, etc.).
  • E-commerce Data Fluency: Knowledge of e-commerce data structures: product feeds, inventory, returns, margins, and customer segments.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with API integrations, data feeds, and rule-based or automation systems.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and discuss JSON, webhooks, or simple scripts (no full coding required).
  • Analytics Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or BI dashboards).
  • Business & Strategic Acumen:
  • E-commerce Marketing Dynamics: Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing dynamics and unit economics: margins, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and return management.
  • Solution-Oriented: Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions and measurable results.
  • ROI-Driven: Experience presenting ROI-driven narratives to marketing and operations leaders.

  • Strong client relationship management and consultative selling approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of your domain.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento or other eCom platforms.
  • Exposure to data transformation tools or feed management platforms (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Channable).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce SaaS or ad automation startups.

Compelling Compensation Package & Equity:

  • Competitive Base Salary: €48,000 - €60,000 per year, based on your experience and impact.
