Accountabilities:
- Design and implement scalable, performant, and accessible UI components and user workflows
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to design system evolution
- Optimize frontend performance, ensuring responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability
- Participate in code reviews, document architecture and design patterns, and uphold frontend engineering best practices
- Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement within the frontend team
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS frontend development
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API
- Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
- Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance optimization best practices
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
