Senior Frontend Engineer - Remote - Europe/ Africa

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of a rapidly growing SaaS platform in the vacation rental industry. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable frontend components while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. Your work will directly impact how users interact with the platform, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsiveness at scale. Accountabilities:

• Design and implement scalable, performant, and accessible UI components and user workflows
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to design system evolution
• Optimize frontend performance, ensuring responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability
• Participate in code reviews, document architecture and design patterns, and uphold frontend engineering best practices
• Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement within the frontend team
  
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API
• Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance optimization best practices
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
