Investment Banking Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparing pitch books and presentations
• Conduct industry, market, and company research to support transactions and strategic decisions
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and market trends to generate actionable insights
• Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and advisory projects
• Prepare client deliverables, reports, and internal documentation
• Collaborate with senior bankers to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of all analyses, data, and communications
• Contribute to process improvements and streamline reporting workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, M&A, comparable analysis)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus
